At your first consultation we will discuses every aspect of your special day to ensure the vision comes to life! We would be happy to help with your wedding floral, decor, and planning needs.  The following you will find our requirements for wedding consult in person or over the phone consults. Additional information provided includes steps required for booking Rose Leaf Flowers for your special day!  Wedding Flowers from Rose Leaf Flowers - your local Tiffin, OH

Brides Please Read! 

  1. Please send us the following before our meeting, wedding vison in photos i.e., color and style of bouquets and vison in general.  This could be a Pinterest board.  

  2. Please email event questionnaire found on our website Wedding Flowers from Rose Leaf Flowers - your local Tiffin, OH under events. 

  3. When to set up a wedding? At least six months to a year before the event.  Weddings with less than 3-month prep time will be charged additional fees for last minute wedding consult and proposal. 

  4. Please ensure all listed above have been completed before our meeting. We cannot send a proposal and quote until all information discussed in our meeting and above has been submitted. 

  5. To save your wedding day on our calendar please submit a $400.00 retainer and completed contract. 

  6. Please note that only the couple (the bride-to-be or the groom themselves) who completed the contract, are authorized to make changes to the set proposal. Parents, siblings, family, or friends are not permitted to make any changes to the contract. 

  7. Proposals are good for 30 days from the date sent, after 30 days the proposal will expire.  Please complete step four before that date. 

  8. Please note all balances must be made in full 30 days before the wedding. No changes can be made after the 30 days. 

  9. All events are charged a $150.00 Rental fee for items used from Rose Leaf Flowers. All vases need to be returned clean and not broken or this fee will not be returned. Arches and fabric needed to be returned undamaged. Fabric folded and placed in a bag. All floral or additional items needed to be removed from the arch. If these steps are not followed the $150.00 will not be returned. It is the client's responsibility to return all rental items. If the client would like us to take care of the tear down depending on location the cost is $300-$500. This fee also applies if we return to the venue to pick-up items or tear down.  

  10. If you would like Rose Leaf Flowers to service, the wedding i.e., pin-on corsages and boutonnieres. This must be communicated to the florist and is an additional fee for our time. The cost is $100.00 for Tiffin, and out of town $200.00. 

  11. Delivery of wedding flowers, when delivered to a church the flowers will be placed in the back of the church behind the last pew.
